# Task Attack vs Galaxy Shooting

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Task Attack at 91% against Galaxy Shooting's 0%. Task Attack also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (97 vs 3). Galaxy Shooting's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Task Attack sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Galaxy Shooting sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Galaxy Shooting holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Task Attack has 97 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 91% of Task Attack's written reviews are positive against 0% of Galaxy Shooting's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Task Attack ships an update every 2 months, Galaxy Shooting fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
