# Name Skillz vs Jumpspeak | Language Learning

Name Skillz and Jumpspeak | Language Learning both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 85% of Name Skillz's written reviews are positive against 22% of Jumpspeak | Language Learning's. Name Skillz also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 19) and ads (none vs shown). Jumpspeak | Language Learning's advantage is price (Free vs $4.99) and ratings volume (16K vs 31). On rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Jumpspeak | Language Learning is free to download; Name Skillz costs $4.99 up front. Jumpspeak | Language Learning sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Name Skillz asks for nothing beyond the download.

Jumpspeak | Language Learning holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jumpspeak | Language Learning has 16K ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of Name Skillz's written reviews are positive against 22% of Jumpspeak | Language Learning's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
