# Great Wolf Lodge vs LOZ App

Great Wolf Lodge and LOZ App both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 83% of LOZ App's written reviews are positive against 37% of Great Wolf Lodge's. LOZ App also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.6). Great Wolf Lodge's advantage is ratings volume (65K vs 15) and update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Great Wolf Lodge holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Great Wolf Lodge has 65K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Great Wolf Lodge's written reviews are positive against 83% of LOZ App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Great Wolf Lodge ships an update monthly, LOZ App every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
