# Touch Portal vs PA TOOLS

The clearest difference is review sentiment: PA TOOLS at 100% against Touch Portal's 55%. PA TOOLS also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Touch Portal's advantage is ratings volume (811 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Touch Portal sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and PA TOOLS sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PA TOOLS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Touch Portal has 811 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 55% of Touch Portal's written reviews are positive against 100% of PA TOOLS's.

Touch Portal ships an update every 3 months, PA TOOLS fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
