# Bingo Call vs BSB Generator

The clearest difference is rating: BSB Generator at 4.2 against Bingo Call's 2.8. BSB Generator also leads on ads (none vs shown). Bingo Call's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bingo Call sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and BSB Generator sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BSB Generator holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 90 and 65 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of Bingo Call's written reviews are positive against 20% of BSB Generator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bingo Call ships an update every 2 months, BSB Generator every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
