# TuCash vs MasterTools

The clearest difference is ads: MasterTools at none against TuCash's shown. TuCash's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 12 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TuCash ships an update every 2 months, MasterTools every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
