# HF UFO vs XS VISUAL

The clearest difference is rating: XS VISUAL at 3.6 against HF UFO's 2.2. XS VISUAL also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.6). HF UFO's advantage is ratings volume (342 vs 18). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

XS VISUAL holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HF UFO has 342 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of HF UFO's written reviews are positive against 13% of XS VISUAL's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HF UFO ships an update monthly, XS VISUAL every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
