# MyFOB vs Truvend

The clearest difference is rating: Truvend at 3.0 against MyFOB's 1.9. Truvend also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). MyFOB's advantage is ratings volume (36 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Truvend holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyFOB has 36 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 5% of MyFOB's written reviews are positive against 0% of Truvend's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MyFOB ships an update monthly, Truvend every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
