# Slots vs Hero Dummy ZingPlay

The clearest difference is ads: Hero Dummy ZingPlay at none against Slots's shown. Hero Dummy ZingPlay also leads on update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (83% vs 70%). Slots's advantage is ratings volume (320 vs 3) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slots sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Hero Dummy ZingPlay sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Slots holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Slots has 320 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Slots's written reviews are positive against 83% of Hero Dummy ZingPlay's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Slots ships an update every 3 months, Hero Dummy ZingPlay every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
