# OvrC vs ThinkSmart Manager

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ThinkSmart Manager at 100% against OvrC's 9%. ThinkSmart Manager also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.4) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5).
