Doc vs Doc Reports

Doc-U-Scribe is a HIPAA compliant dictation and transcription app that enables physicians to dictate patient notes, save incomplete dictations as drafts and submit completed dictations for transcription. Once transcribed, physicians can view the completed reports and optionally they can also e-sign documents for chart completion.

It is an application designed to keep track of box collections that are stored within our company’s facilities. It also keeps track of the unloading of the collected boxes with a record of where it is stored. This application is provided as an additional feature to protect the documents we will be scanning. Our clientele are dealerships within the Automotive Industry. In order for our application to be as accurate as possible, we require that it implements device features such as a camera to keep track of the boxes being collected, Qr scanning and barcodes that relate to the boxes. It is also required to make use of the location of the device to be able to keep track of where the boxes are collected. In this way we can ensure that there is no mismatch of boxes collected versus boxes stored. This application is provided only to those in charge of the box collection routes. For the creation of an account, it must be implemented through a hiring processing and provided by the company once completed. The app is only intended to be used by our company employees. This app is not intended for the general public therefore, there is no features they can purchase. It is only intended to be used within our Company to our clientele, which is the Automotive Industry.
