# Elementix vs Blue Dots!

The clearest difference is ads: Elementix at none against Blue Dots!'s shown. Blue Dots!'s advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Elementix sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Blue Dots! sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Elementix ships an update every 3 weeks, Blue Dots! weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
