# Adderpad vs Scorar

The clearest difference is update cadence: Scorar at every 4 weeks against Adderpad's every 8 months. Adderpad's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Adderpad sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Scorar sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Adderpad ships an update every 8 months, Scorar every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
