# Sortened vs Lucky Draw

The clearest difference is rating: Lucky Draw at 4.8 against Sortened's 4.0. Lucky Draw also leads on ratings volume (3.1K vs 1). Sortened's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). On price and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lucky Draw sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Sortened asks for nothing beyond the download.

Lucky Draw holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lucky Draw has 3.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Sortened's written reviews are positive against 67% of Lucky Draw's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sortened ships an update every 3 weeks, Lucky Draw every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
