# Dropper for Fortnite vs Countdown

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Countdown at none against Dropper for Fortnite's 3. Countdown also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). Dropper for Fortnite's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (2.2K vs 3). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dropper for Fortnite sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Countdown asks for nothing beyond the download.

Countdown holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dropper for Fortnite has 2.2K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Dropper for Fortnite ships an update every 2 months, Countdown every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
