# Screen Recorder ° vs Screen Recorder

The clearest difference is rating: Screen Recorder ° at 4.5 against Screen Recorder's 3.8. Screen Recorder ° also leads on ratings volume (5.6K vs 59). Screen Recorder's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Screen Recorder ° sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. Screen Recorder asks for nothing beyond the download.

Screen Recorder ° holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Screen Recorder ° has 5.6K ratings behind it against 59, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Screen Recorder °'s written reviews are positive against 57% of Screen Recorder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
