# Tornado.io! vs Tornado Upgrades

The clearest difference is rating: Tornado.io! at 4.7 against Tornado Upgrades's 4.2. Tornado.io! also leads on ratings volume (98K vs 5). Tornado Upgrades's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and review sentiment (67% vs 51%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tornado.io! sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Tornado Upgrades asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tornado.io! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tornado.io! has 98K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Tornado.io!'s written reviews are positive against 67% of Tornado Upgrades's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
