# NinjaOne Mobile vs Joan Workplace

The clearest difference is rating: Joan Workplace at 4.3 against NinjaOne Mobile's 2.6. Joan Workplace also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). NinjaOne Mobile's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (22% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Joan Workplace holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NinjaOne Mobile has 74 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of NinjaOne Mobile's written reviews are positive against 0% of Joan Workplace's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NinjaOne Mobile ships an update every 2 months, Joan Workplace every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
