# Noel Leeming vs Grocer

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Noel Leeming at none against Grocer's 1. Noel Leeming also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 7 months) and review sentiment (67% vs 44%). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Grocer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.00 per month. Noel Leeming asks for nothing beyond the download.

Grocer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Noel Leeming has 28 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Noel Leeming's written reviews are positive against 44% of Grocer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Noel Leeming ships an update every 6 weeks, Grocer every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
