# Chef vs Chef Library

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Chef Library at none against Chef's 1. Chef's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13 vs 17.0). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chef sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Chef Library asks for nothing beyond the download.
