# WaBa Rewards vs Funpass Plus

The clearest difference is update cadence: Funpass Plus at every 10 days against WaBa Rewards's every 5 months. Funpass Plus also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.5). WaBa Rewards's advantage is ratings volume (7.1K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for WaBa Rewards against 5.0 for Funpass Plus. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WaBa Rewards has 7.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

WaBa Rewards ships an update every 5 months, Funpass Plus every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
