The clearest difference is update cadence: Salsabor Restaurant at every 3 weeks against WaBa Rewards's every 5 months. Salsabor Restaurant also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). WaBa Rewards's advantage is ratings volume (7.4K vs 5) and chart position (#207 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for WaBa Rewards against 5.0 for Salsabor Restaurant. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WaBa Rewards has 7.4K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
