# DR10 vs SecureCamera

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: DR10 at none against SecureCamera's 4. DR10 also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16). SecureCamera's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (21 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SecureCamera sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. DR10 asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for DR10 against 4.9 for SecureCamera. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SecureCamera has 21 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

DR10 ships an update every 4 months, SecureCamera fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
