# Mes Calanques vs Lunii

The clearest difference is rating: Lunii at 3.7 against Mes Calanques's 2.3. Lunii also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (19 vs 3). Mes Calanques's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lunii sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Mes Calanques asks for nothing beyond the download.

Lunii holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lunii has 19 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of Mes Calanques's written reviews are positive against 60% of Lunii's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Mes Calanques ships an update every 3 months, Lunii fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
