# Dojo vs ASSENHEIMS

The clearest difference is monetization model: ASSENHEIMS at free against Dojo's free with in-app purchases. ASSENHEIMS also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Dojo's advantage is ratings volume (211 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ASSENHEIMS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dojo has 211 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Dojo's written reviews are positive against 50% of ASSENHEIMS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dojo ships an update every 4 weeks, ASSENHEIMS every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
