# flwr.app vs KeepReading

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: KeepReading at none against flwr.app's 1. KeepReading also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). flwr.app's advantage is review sentiment (82% vs 50%) and ratings volume (180 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. flwr.app sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.00 per month. KeepReading asks for nothing beyond the download.

KeepReading holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: flwr.app has 180 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of flwr.app's written reviews are positive against 50% of KeepReading's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
