# GO FRIEND vs GO Raids

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: GO Raids at none against GO FRIEND's 4. GO Raids also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). GO FRIEND's advantage is ratings volume (986 vs 135). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GO FRIEND sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. GO Raids asks for nothing beyond the download.

GO Raids holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GO FRIEND has 986 ratings behind it against 135, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of GO FRIEND's written reviews are positive against 44% of GO Raids's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GO FRIEND ships an update every 3 months, GO Raids every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
