# Teleprompter.com vs Floating Teleprompter

The clearest difference is rating: Teleprompter.com at 4.8 against Floating Teleprompter's 3.5. Teleprompter.com also leads on ratings volume (30K vs 2) and chart position (#85 vs unranked). Floating Teleprompter's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 78%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Teleprompter.com sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Floating Teleprompter sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Teleprompter.com holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Teleprompter.com has 30K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of Teleprompter.com's written reviews are positive against 100% of Floating Teleprompter's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Teleprompter.com ships an update every 8 days, Floating Teleprompter every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
