# CamHipro vs UniCam

The clearest difference is rating: UniCam at 4.5 against CamHipro's 2.4. UniCam also leads on review sentiment (33% vs 23%). CamHipro's advantage is ratings volume (396 vs 52). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CamHipro sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and UniCam sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

UniCam holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CamHipro has 396 ratings behind it against 52, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 23% of CamHipro's written reviews are positive against 33% of UniCam's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
