# CertOps vs Amazon Shipping

The clearest difference is rating: Amazon Shipping at 4.8 against CertOps's 3.6. Amazon Shipping also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 14 months) and ratings volume (165 vs 8). CertOps's advantage is review sentiment (29% vs 20%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Amazon Shipping holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Amazon Shipping has 165 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of CertOps's written reviews are positive against 20% of Amazon Shipping's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CertOps ships an update every 14 months, Amazon Shipping monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
