# Gesture vs BaseBites

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Gesture at 95% against BaseBites's 14%. Gesture also leads on rating (4.8 vs 2.2) and ratings volume (403 vs 26). BaseBites's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Gesture holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gesture has 403 ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two.
