# FEER vs SoundEcho

The clearest difference is price: SoundEcho at Free against FEER's $3.99. SoundEcho also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 6 months). FEER's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (187 vs 3). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

SoundEcho is free to download; FEER costs $3.99 up front. FEER sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SoundEcho sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FEER holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FEER has 187 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 93% of FEER's written reviews are positive against 100% of SoundEcho's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FEER ships an update every 6 months, SoundEcho every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
