# QTConnect vs BonChat

The clearest difference is review sentiment: QTConnect at 100% against BonChat's 56%. BonChat's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (60K vs 7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BonChat holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BonChat has 60K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of QTConnect's written reviews are positive against 56% of BonChat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

QTConnect ships an update monthly, BonChat every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
