# Reisbalans vs RET

The clearest difference is rating: RET at 4.7 against Reisbalans's 4.0. RET also leads on ratings volume (167 vs 2). Reisbalans's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RET holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RET has 167 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Reisbalans ships an update every 2 weeks, RET every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
