# Flow vs Tiimer

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Flow at 1.8K against Tiimer's 2. Flow also leads on device support (5 vs 2). Tiimer's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (100% vs 86%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Tiimer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tiimer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flow has 1.8K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 86% of Flow's written reviews are positive against 100% of Tiimer's.

Flow ships an update every 4 weeks, Tiimer every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
