# Flow vs Pomomento

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Flow at 1.8K against Pomomento's 1. Flow also leads on device support (5 vs 1). Pomomento's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Pomomento sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pomomento holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flow has 1.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Flow ships an update every 4 weeks, Pomomento every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
