# Flow vs Focusin Pro

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Flow at 1.8K against Focusin Pro's 1. Flow also leads on device support (5 vs 3). Focusin Pro's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Focusin Pro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focusin Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flow has 1.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Flow ships an update every 4 weeks, Focusin Pro fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
