# Focuster vs Sunsama

The clearest difference is rating: Sunsama at 4.5 against Focuster's 3.7. Sunsama also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (511 vs 6). Focuster's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 50%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focuster sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Sunsama asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sunsama holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sunsama has 511 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Focuster's written reviews are positive against 50% of Sunsama's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
