The clearest difference is rating: Routine at 5.0 against Focuster's 3.7. Routine also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2). Focuster's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 37%) and ratings volume (6 vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focuster sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Routine asks for nothing beyond the download.

Routine holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 2 respectively.
