# Find in Mind vs Train the Brain

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Find in Mind at 100% against Train the Brain's 57%. Find in Mind also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 9 months) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). Train the Brain's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.7) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Find in Mind sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Train the Brain sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Train the Brain holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Train the Brain has 122 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Find in Mind's written reviews are positive against 57% of Train the Brain's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Find in Mind ships an update every 3 weeks, Train the Brain every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
