# MX Video Player HD vs Multi

The clearest difference is rating: Multi at 5.0 against MX Video Player HD's 4.5. Multi also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). MX Video Player HD's advantage is ratings volume (30K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MX Video Player HD sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Multi sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Multi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MX Video Player HD has 30K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
