# Borderless VPN vs VPN Forever

The clearest difference is ads: Borderless VPN at none against VPN Forever's shown. VPN Forever's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Borderless VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and VPN Forever sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
