# Train Effective vs Feedz

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Train Effective at 13K against Feedz's 3. Feedz's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Train Effective sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Feedz sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Feedz holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Train Effective has 13K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Train Effective's written reviews are positive against 67% of Feedz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Train Effective ships an update every 3 weeks, Feedz weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
