# Train Effective vs CIFA Mobile App

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CIFA Mobile App at none against Train Effective's 10. Train Effective's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (13K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Train Effective sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. CIFA Mobile App asks for nothing beyond the download.

CIFA Mobile App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Train Effective has 13K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Train Effective ships an update every 3 weeks, CIFA Mobile App every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
