# Alienware Arena vs Razer Cortex Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Razer Cortex Mobile at 4.7 against Alienware Arena's 3.8. Razer Cortex Mobile also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Alienware Arena's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Razer Cortex Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Razer Cortex Mobile has 3.4K ratings behind it against 72, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of Alienware Arena's written reviews are positive against 35% of Razer Cortex Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
