# WikyS vs GM Buddy

The clearest difference is update cadence: GM Buddy at every 4 weeks against WikyS's every 2 months. WikyS's advantage is iOS requirement (8.0 vs 11.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WikyS ships an update every 2 months, GM Buddy every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
