# Pace Safe vs Blueprint PA Prep

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pace Safe at 100% against Blueprint PA Prep's 35%. Pace Safe also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.6). Blueprint PA Prep's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 3.1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 15 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Blueprint PA Prep holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blueprint PA Prep has 544 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Pace Safe's written reviews are positive against 35% of Blueprint PA Prep's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pace Safe ships an update every 15 months, Blueprint PA Prep every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
