# Syd vs connectedminds

The clearest difference is rating: connectedminds at 5.0 against Syd's 4.3. Syd's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Syd sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $24.99 per month and connectedminds sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

connectedminds holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Syd has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 87% of Syd's written reviews are positive against 89% of connectedminds's.

Syd ships an update every 2 weeks, connectedminds monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
