# Race Day Tracker vs MWDR Slips

The clearest difference is rating: MWDR Slips at 5.0 against Race Day Tracker's 4.1. MWDR Slips also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). Race Day Tracker's advantage is ratings volume (38 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Race Day Tracker sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per year and MWDR Slips sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MWDR Slips holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Race Day Tracker has 38 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Race Day Tracker ships an update every 2 months, MWDR Slips every 9 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
