# HackMotion Golf vs PuttView

The clearest difference is rating: HackMotion Golf at 4.9 against PuttView's 3.7. HackMotion Golf also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (392 vs 6). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PuttView sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. HackMotion Golf asks for nothing beyond the download.

HackMotion Golf holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HackMotion Golf has 392 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of HackMotion Golf's written reviews are positive against 81% of PuttView's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
